Who we are

We live up to our motto of the small church with a big heart. At UPC each Sunday at 9AM, you will see your friends and experience fellowship on a first name basis! Our goal is to make our community a better place to live through support and assistance to critical local organizations, including Family Promise of Southern Chester County (we were the first host church by the way!) and the Kennett Area Food Cupboard. If this sounds like the place for you or you'd like to learn more, please contact Pastor Annalie Korengul or join us on Sunday!

We believe in supporting an environment where families can worship together and children can learn with each other. We offer a fully staffed nursery during worship and Sunday school class during worship with active projects for our children.

What's Hot at UPC

Small Church.

Big Heart.

Pastor Annalie Korengel

I have been the Pastor and Head of Staff here since September of 2012.  This is a great place to work and worship; I am truly blessed! I welcome all – no matter where you are on your journey.  I am committed to the principles that faith makes us more human, not less; that good questions are much more important than weak answers; that faith, compassion, and justice are woven together; and that God desires to throw open the doors of the Kingdom, not to lock people out!  I invite questions and discussions – what you know makes me better!   I believe God created us in the image of God to be in communion with God and in community with one another.  Come check us out or contact me with questions!
